Design

All the street light poles and smart light poles are customized according to customer's requirements for the height, dimensions, arms, functions, colors and designs, made by our own drawings or customer's drawings. The popular shapes of light poles are conical pole, tapered octagonal or other polygonal pole, straight round pole or square pole etc., coming with 1 or multiple arms for mounting street lamps, CCTV camera, WIFI hotspot, cellphone antennas, LED screen and other devices as per requests.

Manufacturing

The street light poles are generally made from galvanized steel tubes (seamless steel pipes or folded steel poles), the basic manufacturing procedures include cutting, drilling, folding (for welded pipes), welding, polishing, cleaning, hot dip galvanizing and painting (spray coating by powder or PVDF oil paints). All the light poles are manufactured according to approved drawings, specifications, requirements and standards.

Warranty

We're providing 3-year warranty for the street light poles, while the lifespan of steel light poles is generally more than 15 years.

Delivery Time

For small or medium orders, the general delivery time is 20-30 days, for large orders the delivery time is 35-60 days subjest to the order quantity.
